2. Nature of Services and Jurisdiction: ChriskyLex provides business & legal advisory services strictly in a non-attorney capacity, and does not offer representation. All services are provided from and governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of New York. Services are primarily provided for clients in the European Union (EU) and the United States (U.S.).

3. User Accounts:

You may be required to create an account to access certain features or services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

ChriskyLex is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality.

4. Consent via Checkbox: During registration or when booking services, you must confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Use by checking a consent checkbox. Failure to provide consent will prevent you from using our services.

5. Acceptable Use:

You agree not to:

ChriskyLex reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access for violations of this section.

11. Free Zoom Consultation: This complimentary Zoom consultation is a one-time courtesy offered solely at the discretion of Chriskylex. It is intended to provide general guidance and does not establish a professional or ongoing advisory relationship. Any attempt to book multiple free consultations, circumvent limitations, or misuse this offer in any way will be considered an abuse of service. All additional Zoom meetings must be paid for unless Chriskylex has explicitly granted a waiver. By booking the free session, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Chriskylex reserves the right to decline and/or cancel the session at any time, especially in cases of misuse or non-compliance with these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction; These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, USA.
